Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Melanie Tracey store and any purchase you make through it. By using the store you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Samora LLC.

1. The store
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the store at any time. We may limit the quantity of any product we offer to any person, region or country.

2. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cancel your order we refund you in full. We try to describe products accurately, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real item.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the store and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.

4. Shipping and returns
Delivery times, shipping costs and the return procedure are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use
You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights or those of others, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the store.

6. Intellectual property
The store, its content, design and trademarks belong to Samora LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the store for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer and liability
The store is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the store is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
