Shipping & Delivery
This policy applies to all orders placed in our store, wherever you live. We ship worldwide. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days on average (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping cost: free worldwide delivery on every order.
Delivery times depend on where you live. Orders to remote areas, islands or destinations with limited carrier coverage can take longer.
Order tracking
A tracking number is created as soon as your order ships. It can take 1 to 3 days before tracking information appears. If you have a problem with tracking or delivery, please contact the carrier first, then contact us.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the expected window. Occasionally an order is delayed by customs, weather or a local carrier. If you have waited 3 business days beyond the expected window and still have nothing, email us at support@melanietracey.com.
Split shipments
Some orders ship in separate packages because of weight limits or because items come from different suppliers. If you order several items, they may not all arrive on the same day. The rest usually follows within 1 to 3 days.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside our own region may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These charges are your responsibility.
Shipping zone
We ship worldwide. In the rare case that we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
