Returns & Exchanges

You have 60 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Your item must be unworn and unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. An invoice or other proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@melanietracey.com. If your return is accepted, we send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return costs

There are no restocking fees. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return. If you ordered the wrong item, it does not suit you or you changed your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility and the return label is downloaded and printed by you.

Damages and problems

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can look into it and replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days.
