How can we help?

Where is my order?

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 1 to 3 days before the first scan appears. Orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days on average.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is free on every order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at support@melanietracey.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet we can still change or cancel it.

What if my size does not fit?

You have 60 days to return an unworn item with the tags attached. See Returns and Exchanges.

My item arrived damaged

Send us a photo at support@melanietracey.com and we replace it free of charge.

Still stuck?

Email support@melanietracey.com. We answer Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 12:00.
